Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end business growth and P&L; for the East Zone.
- Lead sales, operations, retail excellence, and profitability across the region.
- Manage a business turnover of ₹500–800 Cr.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, customer experience, and compliance across all stores.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion and business performance.

Preferred Profile:

✔ 15+ years of leadership experience in Retail

✔ Solid P&L; and multi-store management expertise

✔ Proven track record of handling large-scale business operations (₹500–800 Cr turnover)

✔ Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills

✔ Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
