Skills and Experience Required

- Proven hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies, including EIB, Studio, PECI, and PICOF. Extend and Orchestrate experience would be beneficial.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday systems and business processes, sufficient to reduce delivery risk and business disruption.
- Experience managing and facilitating defect review meetings during formal testing cycles.
- Confident stakeholder communicator, comfortable engaging with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Proficiency with standard documentation software, templates, and tools to required standards.

Design & Development

- Lead requirement analysis and design for recent and changed Workday integrations.
- Lead development of integration objects (EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF) for assigned projects, in line with prioritized requirements.
- Perform code review of integration builds developed by the wider team.
- Produce and maintain design and build documentation in accordance with Lilly standards, using standard software, templates, and tools.

Testing

- Perform unit testing of developed modules prior to handover for formal testing.
- Coordinate defect fixes during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



including facilitation of defect review meetings.
- Manage the defect lifecycle end to end, ensuring defects are properly documented.
- Fix defects identified during the testing support phase, ahead of go-live.

Deployment & Hypercare

- Support integrations through cutover and into production, ensuring a controlled go-live.
- Provide hypercare coverage immediately following go-live, monitoring integration performance and resolving issues rapidly to stabilise the new build.
- Investigate and resolve Workday integration failures during hypercare and business hours, minimising disruption to downstream processes.
- Provide support for critical (P1/P2) incidents.

Ongoing Support & Change Requests

- Respond to and resolve production tickets by priority (P1?P4) as part of business-as-usual support.
- Deliver production bug fixes, maintenance, and minor enhancements based on prioritized change requests and team capacity.
- Participate in review meetings, engaging effectively and confidently with stakeholders, team members, and management.

Scope of Work In Scope

- Requirement analysis and design for integration change requests.
- Build and unit testing of Workday integrations.
- SIT and UAT execution support, and integration testing execution.
- Response to tickets by priority (P1,P4).

Out of Scope

- Workday Functional Configuration.
- System/Application testing execution.
- Planning and prioritization of the wider book of work.
