Key responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Workday HCM or relevant Workday modules.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional or technical solutions.
- Configure business processes, security roles, and organizational structures.
- Develop and support Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Work with Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and technical teams.




- Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and release updates.
- Support Workday upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required skills

- Around 6 years of relevant Workday implementation or support experience.
- Strong knowledge of at least one Workday module.
- Experience with business process configuration and security.
- Knowledge of reporting, calculated fields, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with integrations and data migration, depending on the role.
