Nasugroup is hiring experienced PTC Windchill professionals to lead large-scale PLM migration programs. You’ll move engineering data from legacy PLM/PDM systems onto PTC Windchill, owning the work end to end from assessment and strategy through cutover and post-go-live support.

We’re hiring at two levels:

- Windchill Migration Tech Lead (6+ years), who leads hands-on execution of migration programs
- Windchill Migration Architect (10–18 years), who owns migration architecture, strategy and transformation roadmaps

What you’ll do

- Lead Windchill migration programs end to end: assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover and post-go-live support
- Define migration strategies for moving legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill
- Drive data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation and loading
- Migrate Parts, Documents, CAD Data, WTDocuments, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, AML/AVL and Change Objects
- Work closely with business users, architects, administrators and technical teams to deliver successful migrations

Additionally, at Architect level

- Lead the architecture of large-scale Windchill migration,



consolidation, modernization and cloud transformation programs
- Define architecture roadmaps, data conversion frameworks and deployment approaches
- Assess legacy PLM landscapes and design the target-state migration solution

What we’re looking for

- 6+ years (Tech Lead) or 10–18 years (Architect) of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades and migration projects
- Robust expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink and core PLM functions: Product Structure, BOM, Change, Document Management, Classification and Workflow
- Hands-on experience with Windchill migration, upgrade and consolidation programs
- Experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SAP PLM, SmarTeam or custom legacy systems
- Working knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migrator, Data Loaders, Info*Engine and Windchill APIs
- A solid understanding of engineering data management, product configurations and lifecycle processes
