We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, manage, and scale our digital marketing campaigns.
This is a strictly target-based role. We need someone who can take complete ownership of monthly marketing targets and consistently deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute result-oriented marketing strategies.
- Take ownership of monthly performance and conversion targets.
- Plan, manage, and optimize advertising budgets.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with our existing content and creative team.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.
- Identify opportunities to improve results and achieve higher targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable marketing targets.
- Experience managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical,
strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage the entire advertising process.
- Must be currently based in Rourkela, Odisha.
