About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to maintain, update, and enhance our existing CRM software. The candidate will be responsible for improving CRM functionality, fixing bugs, developing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain the existing CRM system.
- Develop and improve CRM modules, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Work on backend functionality, database management, and API integrations.
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance.
- Implement user roles, permissions, lead management, and sales tracking features.
- Integrate website forms, Meta Ads leads, and other lead-generation platforms with the CRM.
- Develop follow-up reminders, reporting dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, data security, and application stability.
- Test new features before deployment and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to understand requirements.

Required Technical Skills
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.




- Backend: PHP and Laravel.
- Database: MySQL.
- API Integration: REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Tools: Git, GitHub, and basic server/hosting management.
- Experience in updating existing CRM or ERP software is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant development experience.
- Experience working with Laravel-based CRM applications.
- Knowledge of lead management systems and sales automation.
- Ability to understand existing code and implement updates without disrupting current functionality.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
