Role Description The Wedding Coordinator is responsible for supporting clients through the full wedding lifecycle, from initial consultation to event day execution. This contract role is hybrid, based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with couples and families, managing timelines and checklists, liaising with venues and vendors, and ensuring all event details are confirmed and documented.

The Wedding

Coordinator will oversee in office setup, guest flow, and troubleshooting on the event day to maintain a smooth experience.



The role also involves handling client communication, maintaining budgets and schedules, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal team members to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications

- Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills to manage ceremonies, receptions, and related functions.
- Event Management experience to coordinate logistics, schedules, vendors, and in office operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, manage expectations, and address client needs.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, including evenings and weekends as required for events.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using basic office tools, collaboration platforms, and event planning software.
- Prior experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or a related discipline is an advantage.
