Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to enhance our digital presence, strengthen brand identity, and support real estate and construction marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in website design, graphic creation, and digital promotional materials, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Create skilled brochures, company profiles, project presentations, banners, flyers, and marketing collaterals.
- Develop engaging social media creatives, digital advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Design compelling visual content for property launches, real estate projects, and construction-related activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across websites, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to execute creative campaigns effectively.
- Ensure design quality, visual accuracy, mobile responsiveness, and timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining creativity, consistency, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in web and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or equivalent design tools.
- Practical experience in website design and development using relevant technologies or CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS,



responsive web design, and UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Mandatory Portfolio Submission – Essential Screening Criteria Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating their actual design capabilities, including:

- Website Design: Minimum 2 website layouts, landing pages, or live website links.
- Graphic Design: Minimum 3 samples of brochures, banners, posters, digital advertisements, or marketing creatives.
- Digital Marketing: Examples of social media creatives or promotional campaigns.
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Real estate, construction, architecture, infrastructure, or property marketing designs, if available.

Accepted Portfolio Formats: PDF, Google Drive link, Behance profile, personal website, or another accessible online portfolio. Candidates must ensure that all portfolio links are accessible and be prepared to explain their individual contribution to the submitted work during the interview.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in real estate marketing, construction company branding, property promotions, or infrastructure-related creative projects will have an added advantage.
