Role Description The Web Content Writer at EB Junior is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. In this position, you will research and write clear, engaging web content for product pages, brand stories, landing pages, and blog articles that highlight EB Junior’s offerings for hospitality and travel brands. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines and supports digital campaigns.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring website copy, optimizing content for readability and basic SEO, managing updates to existing pages,



and ensuring consistency of tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints. You will also support the creation of content calendars, gather inputs from stakeholders, and refine content based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned website copy.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy that supports marketing objectives and enhances the online customer journey.
- Experience with Content Management, including organizing, updating, and maintaining web pages within a CMS.
- Solid Research skills to understand target audiences, hospitality and travel trends, and product details.
- Excellent command of written English and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and digital best practices for web content.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience writing for lifestyle, hospitality, travel, or kids/family-focused brands is an advantage.
