Role Description The Web Delivery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sector 63. This role is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing online advertising campaigns to ensure accurate delivery and performance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and internal teams to understand campaign requirements, configuring targeting settings, and verifying creative assets and tracking integrations.

Specialist will troubleshoot delivery issues, maintain documentation of campaign configurations, and prepare performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with sales,



account management, and technical teams to improve workflow efficiency and enhance the advertiser experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on responsive communication and issue resolution
- Experience in Recruiting and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support project and resource needs
- Technical understanding of Integration processes, including tracking, tags, and basic troubleshooting
- Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across operations, sales, and technical functions
- Familiarity with online advertising concepts (CPM, CPC, CPA) and campaign management tools
- Attention to detail and solid organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and web-based dashboards for reporting and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
