Sonisvision Corporates LLP is a corporate legal services firm providing legal and intellectual property services to clients across India. We specialize in trademark registration, copyright registration, patent-related services, legal drafting, and intellectual property rights (IPR) matters.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate with strong legal drafting skills and an interest in intellectual property law.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft legal notices, replies, agreements, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Handle trademark registration applications, examination reports, objections, and replies.
- Assist with trademark oppositions, counter-statements, evidence, and related documentation.
- Work on copyright registration applications and documentation.
- Assist in patent-related documentation and coordinate with patent professionals where required.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and legal opinions.
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance.
- Maintain client files, case records, deadlines, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal legal team to ensure timely delivery of client work.




- Stay updated on relevant changes in intellectual property laws and legal procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Strong legal drafting and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Trade Marks Act, Copyright Act, Patents Act, and relevant legal procedures.
- Good legal research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic computer applications.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in trademark objections, trademark oppositions, copyright matters, patent documentation, or corporate legal drafting will be given preference. Freshers with excellent legal drafting skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
