About the Company

Sonisvision Corporates LLP is a legal services firm providing trademark, copyright, patent-related, and other corporate legal services to clients across India.

We are looking for a Computer Operator who can manage Excel sheets, client data, documentation, and backend operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update Excel sheets for daily office operations.
- Enter, organize, verify, and manage client data accurately.
- Collect and record client information and documents in the company's systems.
- Manage backend data related to trademark, copyright, patent, and other legal matters.
- Update client records, case status, filing details, deadlines, and work progress.
- Coordinate with the sales and legal teams to collect missing information and documents.
- Maintain digital files, folders, and client documentation systematically.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates.
- Prepare daily reports and pending-work lists using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track cases and client work to ensure that no information or deadline is missed.

Required Skills




- Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of MS Word, email, and file management.
- Ability to organize large amounts of data systematically.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Responsible handling of confidential client information.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in data entry, office administration, backend operations, or working in a law firm will be preferred. Freshers with good computer skills and a learning attitude can also apply.

Working Hours

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
- Work Mode: Work From Office
