Key Responsibilities

- Managing the team & guide them in handling existing and source new business.
- 360 degree feed back to team member for increase in performance.
- Source recent customers to generate revenue for fund Based and non-fund based products and increase customer base for the team.
- Strengthen relationship with existing customer base so as to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross sell.
- Driving liability /Transaction business in existing relationships.
- Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Team to achieve portfolio quality.
- Ensure implementation of due processes, guidelines and Bank’s code of conduct in all transactions, sanctions, disbursals and post disbursal activities in his/her team.
- Provide feedback on Risk Management/ Product Policy / Process Monitoring for streamlining the processes to ensure TAT reduction, Risk Diversification and Inclusive policy within his/her team.
