About the Role The Organic World is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, fresh produce handling, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in grocery, FMCG, F&V;, or retail warehouse operations and ensure effective stock movement while maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Manage inventory for Grocery, Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;), dairy, staples, and other retail categories.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for perishable products.
- Monitor stock accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate with procurement, category, logistics, and store teams for timely replenishment.
- Track inward and outward shipments and ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Handle warehouse staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity monitoring.




- Ensure proper storage conditions for fresh and perishable products.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Drive process improvements to reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Grocery Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or Fresh Produce Management.
- Experience in handling perishable inventory is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
