Role Description The Warehouse Manager at RENGY will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, efficient handling of solar equipment and related materials. This is a full-time, in office role located in Coimbatore, responsible for managing inventory levels, supervising stock movement, and maintaining safe storage practices. The role includes leading warehouse staff, organizing inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with procurement and installation teams, and implementing best practices for inventory tracking and material handling.

Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize space utilization,



and support timely delivery to project sites to keep installation schedules on track.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to manage material accuracy and minimize losses.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to oversee warehouse workflows and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with material handling equipment to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
- Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills to supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with warehouse management systems or ERP tools, and strong data recording and reporting abilities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in manufacturing, renewable energy, or related sectors, is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
