HTRZ MODZ is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure efficient stock movement and order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices, and complete GRN entries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock verification.
- Manage stock storage, labelling, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for stock availability and order fulfilment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and product safety.
- Prepare stock reports and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Knowledge of Zoho Inventory and strong MS Excel skills.
- Good organisational, documentation, and coordination skills.
