Executive – Warehouse (On contract)

· Maintain Inward & Outward Documents/Records/Materials

· Ensure Stack Plan and Cleanliness at WH

· Check and Report the Shortages & CHR Report

· Physical Quality Checking during Inward and Outward

· ERP (Vendor creation, GRN, Export Doc., Transfer order, Bill booking etc.)

· Identify the vendors for liquidation of Any Commodity from Warehouse

· Samples collection from Various Location for Sampling Purpose

· UP date on Mandi Rules and Regulations

· For Smoothly Operation work at Warehouse Level Coordination with Labour Contractor

· Inventory Control of other Goods Like PP Bags/Printing PP Bags

· Monitoring WH and material safety equipment by self and third-party WMS

· Periodic MIS (Stock Report)

· Support the WH Audit
