Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication. This is a 6-month fixed-term contractual opportunity on third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure timely communication.
- Support offer management, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and joining status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline; an HR specialization will be an added advantage.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment timelines.
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Contract Details:

- The position is offered for a fixed term of 6 months.
- Employment will be through a third-party payroll provider.
- The role will support the HR team in meeting recruitment requirements during the contract period.
