Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in bulk hiring for non-IT healthcare roles. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, handling high-volume requirements, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle bulk hiring for Medical Coding, Medical Billing, Healthcare BPO, Clinical Operations, Nursing, and other non-IT healthcare roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.




- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline to meet high-volume hiring demands and turnaround times.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and share suitable profiles.
- Track recruitment metrics, interview conversions, offer-to-joining ratios, and daily hiring progress.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in healthcare bulk hiring.
- Strong expertise in sourcing and closing high-volume non-IT healthcare requirements.
- Good understanding of healthcare recruitment markets and candidate availability.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
