- End to End recruitment for Non-IT and Manufacturing roles (Mid-Management, Senior Management & Leadership Roles)
- Source from various portals like Naukri, Linkedin, IIM Jobs, Hirect Hirist, Job Hai etc
- Connect with Candidates, screen them, co-ordinate with clients and track them till joining

Preferred candidate profile

- Fast Learners seeking for Fast Paced growth opportunities
- Ability to work with an Ownership mindset & not an employee mindset
- Valuable knowledge of x-ray search, boolean search, google search, linkedin search etc
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from various Job portals apart from Naukri (Linkedin, IIM Jobs, Hirist etc)
