Job Summary The Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to prospective and existing customers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, and networking.

- Explain insurance products, benefits, premiums, and policy terms to customers.

- Sell life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, or other assigned insurance products.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and assist with policy renewals.

- Collect customer documents and coordinate policy issuance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information in the CRM.

- Provide after-sales support and coordinate claim-related queries with the relevant team.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience is preferred.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of insurance products and sales processes.

- Ability to work toward sales targets.

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Experience

- Freshers may apply, depending on company requirements.

- 13 years of sales experience is preferred.
