Role & responsibilities

Inspect incoming sheet metal, coated components, and machined parts.

Perform dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Identify surface finish issues, coating defects, scratches, dents, and other workmanship defects.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and dimensional tolerances.

Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and non-conformities

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in incoming quality inspection of mechanical parts.

Knowledge of mechanical drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance analysis.

Experience using precision measuring instruments.

VMM/CMM knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience in mechanical, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.
