We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-oriented candidates to join our team as Telecallers and Academic Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain EaseToLearn's courses, test series, and educational services.
- Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Counsel students regarding course features, advantages, pricing, and enrolment procedures.
- Generate leads, maintain follow-up records, and convert interested prospects into registrations.
- Handle student queries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's designated systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, admissions, or academic counselling will be an advantage.




- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence in interacting with prospective students.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work towards performance targets.
