Lohia Developers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join its Human Resources team at the Corporate Head Office in Sultanpur, New Delhi. This internship offers practical exposure to corporate HR operations and an opportunity to learn various aspects of human resource management in a professional work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and other HR administrative activities.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
- Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and other assigned responsibilities.





Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work from the corporate office in Sultanpur, New Delhi.
