Location: Gurugram, Haryana
What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Customer Service hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
Stay updated on hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and talent market insights.
What We're Looking For
Experience in BPO/Contact Center hiring (Domestic and/or International Processes).
Solid expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
Experience in volume hiring will be an added advantage.
