Job Role
- Sutherland is hiring freshers for the Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associate role in the Neighbor Solutions / Community Support team.
- The role involves helping customers with:
- Device setup and configuration
- Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
- Basic technical troubleshooting
- Customer queries and technical support
- Identifying and resolving customer issues
- Escalating complex issues when required
- Providing a professional and positive customer experience
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- High School Graduate / Diploma / Currently pursuing College or University
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, devices and technology
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and network connectivity
- Good typing and grammar skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn recent technologies
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
