Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities.

Process and validate invoices, including PO matching and goods receipt verification.

Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Support payment processing and ensure timely payments.

Validate GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, and operational trackers.

Work on ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.

Support month-end closing, audits, and process compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and P2P processes.

Positive understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, SAP/Oracle, and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
