Position: Crew Member / Team Member Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per Waffle Castle standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the store.
- Handle customer orders and provide good customer service.
- Operate the billing/POS system and manage basic cash transactions.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing store activities.
- Maintain proper stock and inform the Store Manager about any shortages.
- Work as part of a team and support day-to-day store operations.
Eligibility
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Working Hours
- Approximately 9 hours per shift.
- Shift timings may vary depending on the store requirement.
- Weekly off will be provided as per the store schedule.
Salary
- 12,000 to 15,000 per month
