We are looking for an experienced Voice / CCaaS Engineer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise telephony, voice engineering, and cloud contact centre solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SIP, RTP, SBCs, voice gateways, PSTN, and carrier interconnects, along with experience managing large-scale telephony migrations and platform transformations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise telephony and CCaaS platforms.
- Manage voice architecture, SIP trunking, SBCs, voice gateways, PSTN connectivity, and carrier integrations.
- Implement and support cloud telephony solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead large-scale voice migrations, platform upgrades, and telephony transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex voice issues using packet captures, SIP traces, and vendor logs.
- Develop API-based integrations and automation for voice and contact centre platforms.
- Support global contact centres with multi-region resiliency, high availability, and failover capabilities.




- Act as the technical authority for voice architecture decisions and platform optimization.

Required Skills:
- 4-8 years of enterprise telephony and voice engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise in multiple telephony and CCaaS platforms.
- Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, SBCs, voice gateways, PSTN, and carrier interconnects.
- Experience with cloud telephony on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven experience in large-scale migrations and platform transformations.
- Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation.
- Experience supporting global contact centres and multi-region failover.

Preferred Candidate: A technically strong voice engineering professional capable of managing complex enterprise voice environments and making architecture-level decisions.
