We are looking for a skilled, confident, and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding visa and immigration processes, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable visa options, and guiding them through the application procedure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding visa, immigration, study abroad, and overseas opportunities.
- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
- Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain client records and update application status.
- Build strong client relationships and support business growth.
Requirements:
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
