Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding various visa categories, including study visas, tourist visas and other immigration-related services.

- Understand clients' profiles, educational backgrounds, work experience, financial status, and travel history to suggest suitable visa options.

- Explain visa eligibility criteria, application procedures, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees.

- Provide accurate information about visa requirements and immigration policies based on the destination country's official guidelines.

- Assess client profiles and guide them regarding suitable countries and visa categories according to their requirements.

- Assist clients in preparing and verifying the necessary documents for visa applications.

- Review financial documents, bank statements, educational certificates, employment records, and other supporting documents as applicable.

- Coordinate with clients to collect pending documents and ensure timely submission of applications.

- Prepare, review, and process visa application forms and supporting documentation.

- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centres, overseas partners, and internal teams whenever required.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and provide updates regarding their application status.

- Handle client queries professionally and resolve concerns related to visa procedures and documentation.





- Maintain accurate records of client profiles, consultations, applications, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the telecalling and sales teams to manage leads, schedule consultations, and achieve business targets.

- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with applicable immigration rules and company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Previous experience in visa counselling, immigration consultancy, or overseas education will be preferred.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

- Knowledge of study visas, tourist visas, work visas, and relevant documentation procedures.

- Ability to assess client profiles and explain visa requirements clearly.

- Good documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
