As part of its strategic international expansion, the company has launched its first corporate office in India, located in Bengaluru. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary under Vena Global Mobility India, this hub provides cross-border immigration services for Canada. Alongside its core Canadian immigration casework, the office is developing an outbound visitor visa service line covering Schengen and other major international destinations for Indian passport holders travelling for tourism, business, and family visits.

Position Overview

As a Visa Specialist – Outbound Visitor Visas, you will manage end-to-end outbound tourist, business, and family visitor visa applications for Indian passport holders across Schengen and other major international destinations.

Based at our Bengaluru office, you will manage each file from initial applicant assessment through application submission, helping build strong, well-documented applications across a diverse, multi-destination caseload.

Key Responsibilities

Applicant Assessment & Profile Building

- Profile Evaluation: Assess applicants’ backgrounds, financial circumstances, and travel histories to identify potential risks and develop well-supported visa applications.
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare tailored, destination-specific document checklists, including income tax returns (ITRs), Form 16, employment and business documentation,



bank statements, and customized cover letters for Schengen and other visitor visa categories, including US B1/B2, UK Standard Visitor, Australian visitor visas, and similar programs.

Application Processing & Portal Management

- Appointment Booking: Navigate appointment-booking platforms, including VFS Global, BLS International, and other destination-specific portals, to secure biometric and visa appointment slots across India.
- Application Preparation & Submission: Complete and review online and offline visa applications accurately and within established timelines, using systems such as VIDEX, France-Visas, the US DS-160, and other consulate-specific platforms.

Regulatory Research & Risk Management

- Consular Monitoring: Monitor and apply the latest consular rules, jurisdiction-specific requirements, documentation standards, and processing-time updates across the destinations served.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or higher-risk applications, including cases involving previous visa refusals or unusual travel histories, for senior review before submission.

Scope of Responsibility

This role is responsible for the full-cycle processing of outbound visitor visa applications, from initial applicant assessment and document preparation through application submission.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: At least two years of dedicated outbound visa processing experience in India, ideally covering multiple destinations rather than a single consulate.
- Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Schengen Visa Code and working knowledge of at least one other major visitor visa system, such as the US, UK, or Australia,



including requirements and procedures applicable to Indian applicants.
- Execution Skills: Proficiency in navigating appointment-booking platforms such as VFS Global and BLS International, as well as consulate-specific application systems. Familiarity with appointment availability alerts and related booking tools is an asset.
- Documentation Analysis: Ability to review and assess Indian financial and business documents, including bank statements, fixed deposit records, and business registration documents such as GST registrations, for visa application purposes.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, persuasive, and consulate-appropriate cover letters.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling applications involving previous visa refusals.
- Familiarity with additional visitor visa categories beyond Schengen.

- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM–8:00 PM IST
- Saturday: 11:30 AM–4:00 PM IST

Note: Saturday half-day shifts are compensated through additional paid holidays each month, in accordance with the company’s holiday-compensation policy.
