Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and growing client relationships by providing guidance on mutual fund products, investment options, and portfolio suitability through calls, video meetings, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new clients, explaining product features, handling queries, executing service requests, and ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

Manager will monitor client portfolios, share periodic updates, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a smooth service experience.



The role requires adherence to regulatory guidelines, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent achievement of client satisfaction and business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of mutual funds, basic financial planning concepts, and retail investment products.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts clearly through phone and video interactions.
- Customer service orientation and relationship management abilities, with a focus on trust-building and long-term engagement.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and standard office software for managing client interactions and records.
- Analytical skills for reviewing portfolios, identifying opportunities, and aligning recommendations with client goals.
