We are hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and promote banking and financial products through phone calls and other digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote banking, insurance, and financial products through outbound calls.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales,



customer relationship management, or BFSI.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working in a virtual sales workplace.

Compensation CTC: Up to ₹6.50 LPA , depending on experience and suitability.
