About PropSarathi

PropSarathi is a real estate advisory firm helping homebuyers and investors identify promising real estate opportunities across Bengaluru, with a focus on North Bengaluru and emerging investment corridors.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and self-driven Videographer & Video Editor Intern who can handle end-to-end video production, from shooting at real estate project sites to editing engaging content for social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos of real estate projects, properties, model apartments, amenities and locations.
- Film property walkthroughs, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media content.
- Edit videos with professional cuts, transitions, colour correction, music, subtitles and motion graphics where required.
- Create engaging content featuring property advisors, project highlights and real estate investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the team to plan shoots and execute content ideas.
- Travel to project sites across Bengaluru, particularly North Bengaluru, for on-location shoots.
- Organise and maintain video footage and deliver edited content within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current video trends, social media formats and real estate content styles.

Skills & Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience in videography and video editing.
- Working knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Understanding of camera framing, composition, lighting, stabilisation and audio recording.
- Ability to create visually appealing,



engaging and professional real estate videos.
- Creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous video shoots or edited videos is preferred. Academic qualifications are secondary to practical skills and creativity.

Added Advantages
- Owns a professional camera suitable for real estate videography.
- Has a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for travelling to project sites.
- Experience creating real estate content, property walkthroughs or architectural videos.
- Familiarity with gimbals, drones, microphones and professional lighting equipment.

Having your own camera and two-wheeler is an added advantage, not a mandatory requirement. Internship & Career Growth The initial internship period will be three months , with a monthly stipend of ₹8,000 to ₹10,000.

We believe in rewarding talent and performance. Interns who demonstrate exceptional creativity, consistency, technical skills and an understanding of real estate content may be considered for a full-time position with PropSarathi after the internship.

Full-time employment will depend on performance, business requirements and mutual agreement.
