Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Trainee/Intern to support our digital media and communication activities. The candidate will help create engaging videos showcasing our rehabilitation services, children’s achievements, awareness programmes, staff activities, parent experiences, events, and organizational initiatives for social media and other promotional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging videos highlighting therapy sessions, special education activities, events, and success stories.
- Add subtitles, transitions, background music, text overlays, and suitable visual effects.
- Assist in shooting videos, taking photographs, and collecting content from different departments.
- Coordinate with therapists, special educators, and the marketing team to develop creative content.
- Support the production of awareness videos, interviews, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Organize video files, maintain media folders, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow the organization's branding guidelines and maintain professionalism while handling organizational content.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of children, parents, and staff; obtain appropriate permission before recording or publishing content.

Eligibility Criteria




- Students or freshers interested in video editing, digital media, filmmaking, or content creation.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed courses in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Film Editing, Digital Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Filmora.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and an interest in storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and short-form video formats.
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn.
- A portfolio or sample editing work is an added advantage.
