Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Videographer to join the creative and marketing team at Nkonnect Global Ventures.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warangal.

The Videographer will be responsible for shooting high-quality videos for multiple client brands, including promotional videos, product shoots, reels, interviews, events, and marketing campaigns. The role also requires video editing whenever necessary to ensure timely delivery of engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality videos for social media content, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, audio, and other video production accessories.
- Plan and execute product shoots, interviews, testimonials, reels, and corporate videos.
- Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand video requirements.
- Capture engaging footage for Instagram Reels, YouTube,



and other digital platforms.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality during shoots.
- Cover client events, product launches, and promotional activities as required.
- Edit videos whenever required, including reels, promotional videos, product videos, and other marketing content.
- Add transitions, music, text overlays, subtitles, and basic effects as required.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure smooth footage handover and efficient post-production.
- Manage multiple shooting and editing assignments and complete tasks within defined timelines.
- Maintain and handle camera equipment and accessories responsibly.

Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in videography or video production.
- Proficiency in operating qualified cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Experience shooting and editing social media reels, promotional videos, product videos, and interviews.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to travel locally for client shoots and events whenever required.
