Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Ambala for a Videographer and Video Editor. The role involves planning and executing video shoots, including pre-production coordination, shot listing, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand creative objectives. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting and audio, capturing high-quality footage, and ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.

The Videographer and Video Editor will edit raw footage into polished videos, add motion graphics and sound design where needed, and optimize content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and campaigns. The role also includes maintaining equipment,



organizing media assets, staying current with video trends, and contributing creative ideas to enhance storytelling and brand impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production, including planning shoots, managing production workflows, and delivering high-quality content.
- Proficiency in camera operation and shooting video, with an understanding of framing, composition, and movement.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques for indoor and outdoor shoots, and ability to use lighting equipment effectively.
- Hands-on experience with professional cameras and related accessories, including setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
- Advanced video editing skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, including color correction and audio editing.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), including short-form and vertical video formats.
- Strong storytelling abilities, visual creativity, and attention to detail in pacing, transitions, and overall narrative flow.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambala, collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
