SREEMR HOMES is looking for a confident, presentable, and sales-oriented candidate to join our real estate marketing team as a Real Estate Anchor & Sales Executive.

The candidate will be responsible for presenting luxury apartments, villas, and residential projects in front of the camera, creating engaging property videos, interacting with potential buyers, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

We are looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills, camera confidence, and the ability to convince customers and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Video Presentation & Anchoring

- Anchor and present real estate property videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages.
- Present luxury apartments, villas, and residential projects confidently in front of the camera.
- Prepare for video shoots by understanding project details and presentation scripts.
- Coordinate with the video production and marketing teams during property shoots.

Sales & Customer Handling

- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customers' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property details and recommend suitable options to prospective buyers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with potential clients.




- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Convince customers through effective communication and professional sales presentations.
- Assist in negotiations and work towards closing property deals.
- Maintain customer records and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Solid camera presence, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Interest in real estate sales and digital content creation.
- Ability to learn property details and present them effectively.
- Professional attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel for property shoots and site visits.

Eligibility & Experience
- Candidates with experience in anchoring, sales, customer service, or real estate are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and camera confidence may apply.
- Previous anchoring videos or a self-introduction video will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable with both video shoots and sales activities.
