We are scaling rapidly and looking for a passionate, high-energy Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can translate cutting-edge deep-tech AI products into visually stunning, easy-to-understand, and high-converting video content.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Product & Feature Training Videos (SaaS Tutorials):
- Create crisp, engaging screen-capture walkthroughs and product demonstration videos explaining how VaaniAI works.
- Design step-by-step onboarding & training modules for our Add-on Products (WhatsApp automation, CRM writeback, Google Sheets sync, Custom Voice cloning, and API integrations).
- Use clean callouts, zoom-ins, cursor highlights, and motion graphics to make complex tech features easy and intuitive.
- Corporate & B2B Performance Ads:
- Script, storyboard, and edit high-impact promotional videos for LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
- Produce premium corporate pitch decks and client showcase videos for enterprise decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, BPO Leaders).
- Short-Form Content & Viral Reels:
- Craft viral, scroll-stopping Reels & YouTube Shorts (trending sound design, kinetic typography, dynamic pacing, and captions).
- Repurpose webinars, live demo calls, and customer testimonials into engaging micro-content.
- Visual Aesthetics & Audio Design:
- Elevate raw screen recordings with 2D motion graphics, kinetic text, sound effects (SFX),
background music balancing, and color grading.
- Maintain brand consistency (typography, colors, logo animations) across all video assets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience (SaaS, Tech startup, or Creative Agency background preferred).
- Mastery of Industry Tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve (Advanced Video Editing & Pacing)
- Adobe After Effects (Motion Graphics, Kinetic Typography, Lower Thirds, HUDs)
- Screen Recording & Tutorial Tools (Camtasia, Screenflow, OBS, or Descript)
- Audio Post-Production (Audition / Audacity for voiceover cleanup, noise removal, and SFX)
- Strong visual storytelling sense: Understanding pacing, retention hooks, and B2B vs. social media video dynamics.
- Experience in using AI tools for video workflows (ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, Auto-subtitling tools) is a big plus.
- Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and receptive to constructive feedback.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in creating video tutorials for SaaS, FinTech, or AI tech products.
- Basic 3D animation skills (Blender) or graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma).
- Good understanding of Hindi and English voiceovers/scripts.
