Job Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Video Editor to join our marketing team on-site. In this role, you will help us turn complex CRM software concepts into simple, visually engaging, and high-impact content. Working from our office Monday through Saturday, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to build a strong portfolio in the booming B2B SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Development: Transform raw footage, screen recordings, and rough drafts into explicit, informative videos that educate viewers about our CRM software.
- Product Walkthroughs: Edit simple software screen recordings, adding clean transitions, zooms,



and highlights to showcase our CRM features clearly.
- Project Organization & File Management: Keep all video files, raw footage, music tracks, and project folders neat, labeled, and safely backed up so the team can easily find them.
- Social Media & Ads: Create and edit punchy, high-engagement short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) to drive brand awareness.
- Basic Post-Production: Handle fundamental color correction, audio cleaning, sound effects integration, and accurate subtitling.
- Team Collaboration: Work on-site with content writers and senior designers to brainstorm ideas, understand storyboards, and execute creative briefs in real-time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio or relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply.
- Own Laptop is mandatory
- Work Structure: Must be comfortable with an in-office, Monday to Saturday (6 days a week) work schedule.
- Software Tools: Foundational knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or CapCut / Final Cut Pro.
- Showreel/Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio or video showreel demonstrating editing skills, pacing, and basic design sense.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot audio glitches, typos in text overlays, and visual inconsistencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
