Cojournal is an independent creative and digital marketing studio where strategy meets good storytelling. We work with all kinds of brands, from playful, personality-filled businesses to more serious, purpose-driven ones, helping each find a voice that feels unmistakably its own. The work is varied, the ideas are always moving, and there’s plenty to make, shoot and bring to life.

We’re looking for a hands-on creative who’s ready to jump in, collaborate with the team and make excellent work across formats.

What you’ll do:

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
- Join the team on shoots and capture video content for clients, campaigns and social media.
- Work on brand films, interviews, founder-led videos, campaign content and digital ads.
- Shape raw footage into engaging stories using pacing, music, captions, sound and transitions.
- Create social media graphics, thumbnails, simple layouts and visual assets for campaigns.
- Adapt videos and designs to different platforms, formats and aspect ratios.
- Use AI video and design tools to support ideation, asset creation and editing.
- Organise footage and project files, and make revisions based on team feedback.
- Keep up with new formats, creative tools and platform trends.

What we’re looking for:

- A fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro,



Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to create and edit videos is essential.
- Comfortable shooting video using a camera or smartphone, and working with a team on set.
- Experience or curiosity with AI tools for video creation, editing, image generation or design.
- A good eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
- An understanding of how content should be adapted for different platforms.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

A formal qualification isn’t essential. We’d love to see a portfolio with video edits, design work and any footage you’ve shot. Freshers can share personal projects, college work or self-initiated pieces.
