We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Vice President Sales to lead our sales and business development function, drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and expand our presence in the commercial interior design and turnkey fit-out industry.
Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with design, estimation, projects, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile
15 to 20 years of relevant sales and business development experience, preferably with leadership experience.
Candidates from interior design, commercial fit-out, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, plywood, laminates, flooring, lighting, or construction-product companies are encouraged to apply.
