Role Description The Vice President role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik and Mumbai. This role is responsible for originating and managing investment banking mandates, including equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring engagements for SME clients.

The Vice

President will lead deal execution from initial client engagement through closing, including financial analysis, valuation, transaction structuring, and preparation of pitch books and transaction documents. Daily responsibilities include overseeing client relationships, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, guiding junior team members, and ensuring timely,



high-quality delivery of advisory services. The role also involves developing new business opportunities, contributing to strategic initiatives, and maintaining a strong understanding of capital markets, industry trends, and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in investment banking or corporate finance, including deal structuring, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in equity fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial and business restructuring for SME clients.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and preparation of detailed presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration in a quick-paced environment.
- Robust understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends relevant to investment banking and advisory.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or MBA in Finance are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik and travel as required across company locations and client sites.
