Role Summary

TWC is expanding its marketplace beyond venues into a la carte services: decor, catering, photography and bridal makeup. The Vendor Onboarding Manager builds and converts the vendor pipeline for this expansion. You will own each vendor's journey from first conversation to a signed, KYC-cleared and live partner, in close coordination with Category Managers, Legal and Finance

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 4-6 years in vendor or partner onboarding, B2B sales, channel partnerships or business development. Weddings, events, hospitality or marketplace experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills, and comfort discussing pricing, commissions and contract clauses.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to read and explain commercial agreements, and to work with commercials teams and Finance.
- Solid organisation and follow-up across a multi-stage pipeline.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets and documentation tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing and pipeline

- Work with Category Managers to get target vendor lists by category and city.




- Source additional vendors, run first outreach and track every vendor through the funnel: introduction, term sheet, negotiation, documentation, KYC, signing and go-live.
- Report weekly on pipeline by stage, conversion and drop-off reasons.

- 2. Commercials and negotiation

- Present and defend TWC's standard terms: rate parity, commission or fee structure, calendar updates, bank guarantee, content licensing and exclusive offers.
- Explain why the model works for vendors: lead volume, promotion spend and waived listing fees against commission.
- Negotiate clause by clause within approved limits, and escalate deviations to Management.
- Maintain a deviation tracker showing which clauses were agreed, changed or left open for each vendor.

3. Contracts, KYC and bank guarantee

- Coordinate revised drafts with commercials team through to final execution.
- Collect and verify KYC, statutory licences and permissions as each agreement requires.
- Manage bank guarantee collection and documentation.
- Make sure rates, commission, payment cycles and offers are captured accurately in the contract and the system.

4. Go-live handover

- Confirm vendors meet quality and brand standards before go-live, and flag those who don't.
- Hand over each vendor to the Training and Support Manager with a complete onboarding file (agreed terms, deviations, contacts, content status).
