Position: Telemarketing Executive (TME)

Location: Swargate, Pune

Experience: Freshers / UG with 1 year of relevant experience

Age Criteria: 18-34 years

Gender: Male and Female candidates can apply

Salary Structure:

For Freshers:

- From 3rd Month: 18,631 CTC (approx. 14,500 in-hand)
- From 4th Month: 23,290 CTC (approx. 18,800 in-hand)
- 5th Month: Retention bonus of approximately 13,000, subject to company terms and conditions.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Salary: 23,290 CTC (approx. 18,800 in-hand)
- Previous employment and experience documents are subject to verification.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and generate business leads.
- Promote and sell Justdial services.
- Acquire and onboard new clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Proactive, target-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in English and the regional language.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates and postgraduates from any stream can apply.
- Eligible qualifications include MBA, PGDM, PGDBM, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., B.Tech, B.E., and other degree programs.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Undergraduates with at least 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
