- Co-ordinate with the respective department for special screening program
- Co-ordinate with respective units for Eye screening camp at corporate/colleges.
- Help the patients to finish the investigations on time in each department.
Records/Reports management
- Responsible for maintaining Patients feedback, Patients database, Counselling details, Billing, Review, Appointment list, Medical audit, Re-counselling ,data(monthly),KPI (monthly).
- Maintain the accounts of the follow-up patients.
Self-development
- Develop capabilities of self through training and learning - to handle current and future jobs better.
People Management:
- Ensure that adequate training is being given to the team/sub-ordinates and the performance enhanced
