Job Summary

We are looking for a user-centric UX Designer with hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user needs, simplify complex workflows, and create intuitive digital experiences across B2B applications and e-commerce platforms.

The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to translate research insights into practical design solutions. Experience designing for different user groups, including retail staff, pharmacists, and senior customers, will be valuable.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research and Insights

- Conduct user interviews, usability tests, contextual inquiries, and competitor research.
- Understand the needs and challenges of online customers, store staff, pharmacists, and senior users.
- Observe real-world user interactions and identify usability issues.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, problem statements, and user flows.
- Validate design concepts with users and improve experiences based on feedback.

2. UX Strategy and Experience Design

- Translate research findings into information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and low-fidelity prototypes.
- Design simple and intuitive workflows for B2B applications and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify user pain points and recommend practical design improvements.
- Apply user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

3. UI and Visual Design

- Convert wireframes into clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with design systems to maintain visual consistency across digital products.
- Ensure accessibility, readability, and ease of navigation.




- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and design concepts.

4. Usability Testing and Iteration

- Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
- Collect user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on user flows and interfaces based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Validate assumptions through rapid testing and continuous experimentation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers to define problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly.
- Present design decisions and research findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, UX design, or product design.
- Hands-on experience designing B2B applications and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Canva.
- Familiarity with Sketch and prototyping tools.
- Experience in wireframing, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototyping.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain design decisions with clear reasoning and user insights.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in user research, usability testing, e-commerce applications, B2B software products, and designing experiences for diverse user groups will be preferred.
