? Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred

We are looking for experienced US Registered Nurses with medical/clinical review experience to join our team as Associate Consultants.

? Mandatory Requirements

✅ BSc/MSc in Nursing

✅ NCLEX certification

✅ Active US RN license

✅ Relevant medical/clinical review experience

✅ Desk-side experience

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Willingness to work US night shifts from the Mangalore office

? Key Responsibilities

- Perform medical necessity and clinical reviews of authorization requests in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate clinical documentation to determine the medical appropriateness of requested services.
- Apply clinical knowledge across acute care, emergency room, cardiology, radiology, and related specialties.
- Support training, data management, reporting, quality tools, descriptive analysis, and new project implementation.




- Ensure compliance with quality standards and established clinical review guidelines.
- Work with utilization management processes and interpret Milliman guidelines, where applicable.
- Apply knowledge of ICD and CPT codes during clinical reviews.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other systems for documentation, analysis, and reporting.

? Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and managed care.
- Knowledge of utilization management and medical necessity criteria.
- Familiarity with Milliman guidelines, ICD codes, and CPT codes.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and quality management skills.

? Ideal Candidate: A qualified US RN with an active license, 5+ years of relevant experience, solid communication skills, and a willingness to work from the Mangalore office on the US night shift. ?
