This role will perform the following:
Provide timely responses to all client service cases response SLA is within 4 business hours. Provide support to clients with payroll errors, supplemental/bonus payroll requests. Research potential configuration issues for clients.
Work directly with clients to make configuration changes or updates to modules in the client suite of offerings. Conduct weekly status calls with the client If the client is adding a module or making changes to an existing module to ensure client satisfaction with the project Attend training with UKG and Mosaic internal teams to become proficient in all areas of UKG Ready Other duties as needed to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Candidates for the Client Account possess the following background and experience: UKG Ready experience preferred Proven record of successful customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment
